New favor of Cellulose Fiber
Brief: Cellulose can be divided into natural cellulose
fiber and regenerate cellulose fiber. Bamboo fiber is divided
into natural and regenerate fiber according to material selection
and process technology. Besides producing products with different

Bamboo fiber, made from natural bamboo is divided into natural
and regenerate fiber according to material selection and process

1. Natural Bamboo Fiber
It is made from bamboo through the process of dipping, boiling,
intenerating, bleaching from Zhejiang with cellulose content
over 60%.
Natural bamboo fiber receive international attention with
advantage of cool, moisture absorption, air permeability, perspiration
and trait of anti-bacterium. Its fineness and turnout is strictly
restricted because of its natural quality and long process period.
At present, only 4D-Specification is available with length varied
from 51-140mm.
Natural Bamboo Fiber have obvious bunch, some of which has
crack (Chart 1).Its section is oval with hollow and circular
core while its feel and luster is close to ramie with good rigidity.
2. Bamboo Pulp
It has become our developing trend to seek new regenerated
fiber resources. Bamboo resources of our company ranked first
in the world, which account for one-third of the world bamboo
resources.
2.1 Process of bamboo pulp fiber
During the process of manufacturing alpha pulp, it is crucial
to reserve bamboo fiber's anti-bacterium character. At the same
time, we consider it necessary to enhance polymerizadtion of
alpha pulp (Chart 3)

filtraton★maturation★debubbling★spinning★consolidation★cut★after
treatment.
Whether spinning process is good or not can be judged by strength,
feeling and luster of the fiber.
2.2 Structure character of bamboo pulp fiber
As spinning process of bamboo fiber is almost the same with
viscose, it is very hard to distinguish from their surface (Chart
4). However, we can judge easily from its section(Chart 5) that
it is different from wood pulp and cotton pulp, which has good
absorbent quality and Air permeability
2.3 Natural Anti-bacterium Quality
The reason why bamboo can be moth-free and non-mildewed is
that it has natural anti-bacterium content named bamboo chinone.
During the production process of bamboo fiber, we have preserved
its natural anti-bacterium and de-bacterium function after many
tests. Moreover, it has passed inspection of Shanghai Prevention
Medical Research Institution, SGS, and Japan Textile Inspection
Association (Chart 6)
2.4 Comparison between bamboo pulp fiber and other fibers
Bamboo fiber is possessed of good air permeability, drapability
absorbent quality, rebound quality, abrasive resistance, excellent
dyeing behavior and bright colour. It is easy to find its disadvantage
of strength after contrast between bamboo fiber and other fibers
(Chart 7). In exploitation of product, we blend it with other
fibers so as to improve its stability and maturation.
3. Application of Bamboo Fiber
Weaving clothes fabric: To exploit some trimmed fabric with
good drapability by making use of fiber's character of initial
high modolos, abrasive resistance and bright color
Knitting underwear: To exploit diameter circular machine and
flat knitting product basis on fiber's natural anti-bacterium,
absorbent quality, air permeability.
Medical health: To produce nurse dress, surgery dress, respirator,
bed-sheet of patient because of its natural anti-bacterium and
de-bacterium quality, preventing spread of bacterium.
Decoration, daily use: Bamboo fiber can be used to produce
all kinds of decorative article such as blanket, mat, toys,
towel, Turkish towel, bed-sheet, etc.
